I'm off to tonight's kickoff of Zazaurafest--a weeklong half-celebratory half-mourning send-off for Adrienne, who ceases to be a New Yorker one week from tomorrow. If I don't kill her first.

Tonight, we're dining at Florent, the very first restaurant I ever took her too--back when she was at the precious age of 17... Full-report later.

We had a blast. Dinner at Florent is always perfect. We both had onion soup and then steaks. And we shared a bottle of champagne. And when that ran out, they gave us a couple more glasses of bubbly on the house! Later we met Josh for drinks and ran around the city drinking till all hours. Fun!
